Yesterday, we welcomed team members from across the United States, Canada, and the U.K. to Philadelphia for our second annual Tempest Team Day — a special opportunity for our hybrid workforce to collaborate, share ideas, and strengthen connections in person. ?? The day included an address from Alex Heimann, who shared insights into the evolving industry landscape and Tempest’s roadmap for the future. We also celebrated our team with the second annual Tempest Awards, recognizing those who exemplify our core values: Teamwork, Empathy, Modesty, People, Excellence, Stability, and Trust. Other standout moments included a citywide scavenger hunt through Philadelphia and a 90s-themed murder mystery — complete with unexpected twists, plenty of drama, and, of course, Beanie Babies. ?? We’re grateful for the opportunity to come together, reflect on our shared success, and continue collaborating on meaningful solutions that support our destination partners. ??
