We are pleased to announce that Murali Mogasala has joined Tempel as the Vice President of Global Engineering, reporting to the John Siffer.
Murali brings extensive experience in PMO, vehicle line product delivery, manufacturing management, and supply chain development. With a proven track record in multimillion-dollar product delivery, new product introduction (NPI), and program operations, he has played a pivotal role in developing new vehicle lines, enhancing operational efficiencies, and driving process improvements.
His career spans leadership roles at organizations such as Fisker Inc., Karma Automotive, Uber, and Ford Motor Company, where he has contributed to advancing both traditional automotive and emerging electric vehicle (EV) and autonomous vehicle sectors. Murali's expertise in strategic planning, quality assurance, supplier management, and cross-functional team leadership makes him a valuable addition to Tempel.
In his new role, Murali will play a key role in Tempel’s expansion efforts. He will also engage with the Board and its committees on strategic technology initiatives while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the global engineering function.
