??Sundt's renovation of the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club was recognized as a finalist for a Real Estate Development (RED) Award in the Redevelopment Project of the Year category! The renovation preserved the Biltmore's iconic architecture while enhancing amenities. The project, completed in two phases, introduced new member facilities, a restaurant, rooftop lounge, event spaces and resort-style landscaping. Honoring the site's legacy, Sundt used board-form concrete to blend modern and historic elements seamlessly. We're thrilled for this recognition from AZ Big Media, and a huge shoutout to our team for their partnership on this successful project: JDM Partners, Douglas Fredrikson Architects, Canyon State Electric, Tempe Mechanical, Sun Valley Masonry and Aspen Construction.
