Transforming the ordinary into extraordinary! The incredible upgrades that have taken place throughout this summer’s phase 1 mechanical room at Manor Woods Elementary in Ellicott City, MD make for a revitalization that has attention to detail written all over it. From new Boilers thanks to Rainville / RIELLO new pumps from Cummins-Wagner Co., Inc., new tanks and backflow systems, and an all around face lift; I’d say this phase was a complete success. Teaming with Quandel Construction Group, LLC , Oak Contracting, LLC , and our amazing subs Johnson Controls and Jmw Services; Temp Air Company has once again proven quality work with professional relations.

?? Project Update ?? Today, we successfully completed the crane lift of the condensing units for the VRF systems at the Wexford Development 3rd Floor Connect Labs and 4th Floor Flex Labs projects. This complex work is part of our ongoing collaboration with Whiting Turner, and we're thrilled with the progress. A huge thank you to our dedicated on site team for their hard work, as well as our CX Team and project management team for keeping everything running smoothly. We also appreciate the professional and safe assistance of Williams Crane in helping us get the job done! Together, we’re building success one lift at a time.

?? Project Update! ?? Today, our Service Department at Temp Air Company proudly completed the installation of a replacement Innovent Pool Dehumidification Rooftop Unit (RTU) with pool heating capabilities at Randallstown Community Center. This advanced unit is designed to maintain optimal air quality and temperature in the pool area, ensuring comfort and efficiency for everyone who uses the facility. In collaboration with Baltimore Trane, we also upgraded the building automation system with a new SC+ Controller. This upgrade will enhance the overall energy management and system control, allowing the facility to operate at peak performance. A huge shoutout to our team for their dedication and hard work in making this project a success!
