Happy Veterans Day! Telligen is proud to work with the Iowa Veterans Home and support their quality improvement efforts. Telligen is proud to have built a culture of resilience by focusing on real-time response and adaptability rather than traditional preparedness for partners. By developing a unique Emergency Preparedness Assessment, Telligen helped organizations refine strategies and close gaps in performance. This interdisciplinary approach enhanced both organizational and community-wide preparedness for future emergencies. Telligen reviewed emergency plans for various settings (including non-clinical settings), performed hazard vulnerability assessment, executed tabletop exercises, offered Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) disaster preparedness and provided training, education and coaching.
