We are looking for a Senior VP of Sales Leadership to drive revenue growth, expand our market presence, and lead a high-performing sales team in the telecommunications industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales leader (20+ years of experience) with a proven track record in sales strategy, team development, and key account management. Responsibilities ??Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a positive and results-oriented environment. ??Set clear sales targets and performance expectations for the team, and monitor progress regularly. ??Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and implement development plans for team members. ??Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent. ?? Manage sales team budget and resources effectively. ??Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and market share growth. ??Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies. ?? Develop and manage key account relationships, focusing on strategic partnerships and large enterprise clients. ??Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely closure of deals. ??Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with product offerings and market demands. ??Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers. Negotiate complex contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for the company. ?? Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. ??Prepare regular sales reports, analyzing performance against targets and identifying areas for improvement. Provide accurate sales forecasts and market insights to senior management. ??Track and analyze key sales metrics, such as conversion rates, average deal size, and sales cycle length. Qualifications: ??Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. ??Proven track record of success in telecom sales leadership, with at least 20 years of experience. ??Deep understanding of the telecommunications industry, including products, services, and market dynamics. ??Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage high-performing teams. ??Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. ??Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. ??Strong negotiation and closing skills. ?? Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions. ??Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
