The Benchsales Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for the bench. They will be working closely with the sales and recruiting teams to find candidates with the right skills and experience to fill open positions. The primary goal of the Benchsales Recruiter is to help the company grow and maintain a strong candidate pipeline. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Benchsales recruiting or a similar role Strong understanding of the Benchsales landscape and market trends Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Experience using job boards, social media, and other sourcing tools Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume recruiting Experience with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field is preferred
