As part of our troubleshooting, we guided them to check the light indicators on the device. They identified that the network status light was amber, pointing to a lack of active internet connectivity. After contacting their IT department, they discovered that the internet port had been blocked. Thankfully, IT reactivated the port remotely, and within just 30 seconds, the network status light switched to green!
