The Industrial DataOps landscape is very noisy today, and this is my way of to get some clarity. ?? ?????????? ???? ???????? 7 ???????? ???????????????????????? + 3 supporting ones. End users can use this article as part of an RFI/RFP. Technology vendors might use this to map the stuff they are doing. But more importantly, for me personal, it's a way to structure my own thoughts and discussions with all of you. Without strategic alignment and unwavering support from management, even the most advanced technologies can falter under the weight of disconnected priorities and underutilized potential. What resonated with us most is how the study used Total Interpretive Structural Modeling (TISM) and Fuzzy MICMAC analysis to prioritize barriers, revealing that top management commitment isn’t just a hurdle—it’s the foundation. Most #DigitalTransformation solution providers don't talk about the REAL enabler behind creating real change. They focus on their slick technology. Sure, they show cool features and benefits. But they don't focus enough on empowering the REAL enabler of change... their customers' PEOPLE. People/employees are the most critical part of your Digital Transformation efforts. They need to know HOW the technology will make their jobs easier. They need to feel bought in, like their concerns are being addressed, and they are being well-trained on the solution. Without their buy-in and support of the solution, it's unlikely it will ever full get off the ground or the benefits will likely not be realized. Do you agree?
