I didn’t realize I was manifesting my future. “Thanks for coming to my TED Talk” is a meme I frequently use whenever I share a thought, idea, or perspective. It’s always been my playful way of wrapping up a conversation. But now, what once was a joke is turning into reality—I’m stepping onto the TEDx stage on May 10th! I’m honored to be a speaker for the inaugural TEDxSugar Creek Women sharing the stage with 12 incredible women—each a pioneer in her field. This is more than just a stage. It’s a movement—a space where women’s voices are no longer an afterthought, where our ideas ignite change, and where our power to disrupt, innovate, and lead is fully recognized. A huge thank you to Cara Truitt for her vision and dedication to making this platform a reality. Your commitment to elevating women’s voices is inspiring, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to be part of this moment. This year’s theme, “Wired in Connection,” couldn’t be more aligned with my mission. In my work, I see so many high-achieving women wired for success—driven, ambitious, and accomplished—yet struggling with burnout, hormone imbalances, and a disconnect from their own well-being. We are so deeply connected to our careers, our families, and our responsibilities, but often at the cost of our own health. My mission is about helping women reconnect with their bodies, reclaim their vitality, and thrive in every aspect of life. This moment is a full-circle one for me. A reminder that the words we casually speak, the dreams we quietly hold, can become real when we lean into purpose and take action. I can’t wait to take the TEDx stage! This is just the beginning.
