If you've been to any events in the industry, chances are, you've seen or met Kyra Sarver, Assistant Vice President of Client Relations for TEDCO Construction Corporation! Kyra is always ready to have a conversation, especially when it's about "discovering people's passions and understanding their journeys." She loves the industry because of "the thrill of watching a design become reality." When asked about advice she would give, Kyra said, "One crucial lesson I've learned is that trust and rapport with clients are not built overnight. It's a process that requires patience and understanding. Take the time to get to know the person....not just what they have to offer."
