We have made big Changes to our team! Tectonix Steel is always looking for innovative ways to better our service to our customers, as well as our understanding of what our customers need. In May 2023, Tectonix welcomed Talisa Dodge to our team.?Talisa comes from a Structural Steel Fabrication company of which was also a longstanding customer of ours.?Not only is she 4G unlimited Certified, but she has 10 years experience in the Shop Fabrication process, Project Management, Estimating, HR, Sales and putting out the everyday fires that fabricators face.?She is widely diversified, and understands EXACTLY what a fabricator needs, and why.?She also comes with a deep understanding of what the fabricators face with General Contractors, along with the crazy schedule requests that are often made.? In July of 2023, we also welcomed Bryce Dodge to our team.?Bryce also comes from the Structural Steel Fabrication and Erection side of the business.?Not only was he in the shop fabrication end of things, but he was also in the erection portion as well.?He brings 10 years of experience in seeing issues ahead of time that may be an erectionable issue, as well as great ideas that we can implement to not only provide better detail on Esheets, but items unknown to regular detailers that almost always become an issue in the field. Bryce also comes with a General contracting, Concrete and Masonry background as well.? Our customers are everything to us, therefore it was extremely important to take a look at what additional steps can we take to better our service to our customers.?The decision to bring each of these folks on was based on being able to better understand from a Fabricator & Erectors point of view exactly what they need and why.?They have been able to bring to us the “real world” experience.?A “take a walk in my shoes” type situation if you will.?By taking a walk in your shoes, we have found many great ways to better our process, communication and tricks that are often used to make things faster and easier in the shop and field.?
