Last Sunday, February 23rd, was a remarkable day for me as I embarked on a tour of #Androonlahore, exploring the historic Havelis. Later, I had the privilege to engage with young HR professionals on a crucial topic - Organization Design & Change. Open Salary System or Keeping it Confidential. Its emerging as a hot topic of discussion within HR world globally. Last week #techtitans and #blue HR Services held a great HR conference with an interactive panel discussion participated by a fully engaged group of professionals of various levels of seniority. Younger professionals demonstrated keen interest in discussion with high levels of energy. In my 13 minutes keynote I have tried to bring HUMAN aspects of the challenges from diverse perspectives including self perception and natural inclination of benchmarking with other similar people which will make the open system a huge cause of demotivation and disengagement causing productivity and performance decline.
