Twini (Techstars ‘24) is now reimagining the face of e-commerce by building a personalized, AI-curated shopping experience that adapts to every single customer, supplies vendors with fresh insights into user interactions and, most crucially, drives up sales conversion rates. Less than a month after its launch, Twini already got 5 paying customers—million-dollar brands in Milan, Paris, and New York. “With just a brand’s URL, Twini turns static product catalogs into personalized experiences where product descriptions, reviews, and images adapt in real-time to every single visitor—boosting conversions and average order value.” We sat down with Twini (Techstars ‘24) co-founders and life-long friends Davide Roli and Andrea Vitali to learn more about their vision for e-commerce and what they’ve achieved during Techstars Berlin.

One of Techstars Berlin’s class of 2022, hexafarms uses AI and machine learning to help commercial food growers optimize their production facilities and minimize losses in real time. Having closed a €1.3 million pre-seed round in August last year, the team is already expanding the capabilities of their software—and the roster of crops for which commercial food producers can rely on their AI. As of about a month ago, hexafarms had tracked more than ???? ?????????????? ?????????? of strawberries, tomatoes, cucumbers, and salads in 2024 alone. With the world population projected to reach 10 billion by 2050 and farming conditions becoming ever more precarious worldwide, finding better ways to grow food at scale is essential to our collective future. ??
