As part of TechShare's Boys & Girls Club of Newark Mentorship Program, we've partnered with over two dozen under-resourced teens, inviting them to help teach at TechShare events. Check out this initiative here: https://lnkd.in/eyVVvpqg

Over the past year, TechShare has hosted 5 events at Harlem's Association to Benefit Children (ABC)! Through these events, we've been able to teach over 100 students STEM skills, such as python coding.

TechShare's coding camp, created with Millburn coding, was a huge success! We taught 57 students about Python and game development, raising $14,250 for Ukrainian relief organizations!

TechShare is super excited to announce the development and release of our iOS & Android application, Eduquality! At TechShare, we’re always looking for ways to boost the sustainability of our projects. Eduquality is designed as a place for the students that we work with to continue learning about technology in between our in-person lessons. The TechShare Team has been creating educational short-form video tutorials and posting them to Eduquality. The TechShare Team is super excited to be joining forces with Millburn Coding this summer to organize a coding camp! In a continuation of the TechShareUkraine initiative, 50% of the camp’s proceeds will be directly donated to the humanitarian organizations supporting Ukrainian refugees that we partnered with last summer. The TechShare Team has had a blast teaching the students at Harlem’s Association to Benefit Children all about computer coding through fun activities! We used micro:bits, programmable devices perfect for beginner programmers, that were provided by Dr. Baquerizo from @mentoruconnect.
