Christian Wettre is a seasoned CRM architect with deep expertise in leveraging CRM systems to create business value, integrate with back-office ERP platforms, and solve complex business process challenges. Christian founded and led W-Systems, building it into the top implementation partner for both FrontRange and SugarCRM and managing a highly skilled team of over 100 experts with offices in New Jersey, New York, Austin, TX, and Craiova, Romania. This team succeeded by having an unrelenting ‘customer first’ attitude and by delivering innovative and popular extensions for both FrontRange and SugarCRM platforms. W-Systems was acquired by Accel-KKR and merged into their SugarCRM portfolio. At SugarCRM, Christian held several roles, including General Manager of the Sugar Sell and Market platform, Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Sugar Platform, and finally Chief of Staff to the CEO. In these roles, he oversaw product GTM, customer success initiatives for the company’s top 100 clients, and led M&A integration. Throughout his career, Christian has been actively involved in M&A, participating in over 10 acquisitions as both buyer and seller. Christian has led CRM implementations for renowned organizations such as Brown Brothers Harriman, SMC, RCN, Girl Scouts of America, John Wiley & Sons, United Nations Credit Union, Scandinavian Airlines, Kyocera-AVX, and The University of Maryland, among others. Christian holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He lives in northern New Jersey with his family.
