Our 2024 Annual Meeting resulted in new committee appointments and completion of duties. First, we formally welcome to our Board of Directors Nick Phillips, alongside newest appointee Kayla Pulvermacher. We are pleased to announce officer appointments of TechND's Secretary Treasurer Kurt Schmidt, Vice President Ryan Goellner, and new President Tony Ambrose. Last, we extend a sincere thank you to Troy Walker for his dedication in the role of President over the last two years. Let's embrace 2025 together and continue to encourage the use, growth, and development of technology in North Dakota!

North Dakota is set to become the first state in the U.S. to bring fiber to 100% of its broadband service locations. This achievement is driven by local providers who took a bold, forward-thinking approach to infrastructure. Brian D. We'd like to thank the numerous participants in our recent Legislative Agenda Roundtable presented in partnership with the Greater North Dakota Chamber. Perspectives offered by North Dakota's business, government, and technology leaders provided crucial information about the landscape before us as the 69th Legislative Assembly is set to commence in January.
