The team at TechLaw and TLI Solutions is on the ground in Southern California, supporting the extensive cleanup work being led by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in the aftermath of the devastating wildfires. There is much environmental work to be done, and we are proud to work with EPA and prime contractor Weston Solutions, Inc. on these important recovery efforts.

The TechLaw Team is on the job in Brooklyn, helping residents stay safe during an important construction project. Brian Kanupp, Doug Mansfield and Kameron Singer of TechLaw--part of the Weston-TechLaw contracting team--are supporting the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) by performing real-time air monitoring at the Gowanus Canal Superfund Site. They're manning EPA's Trace Atmospheric Gas Analyzer--better known as the TAGA Bus--testing the air for toxic pollutants in the wake of complaints about foul odors at the site. It's making news in the neighborhood, where residents recently got an up-close look at what TechLaw and EPA are doing for a better environment.

Lead contamination remains a significant public health and environmental challenge in the U.S. Recent EPA regulatory updates, driven by evolving scientific data, are tightening screening levels and action limits to better protect vulnerable populations. TLI Solutions is leading a cutting-edge munitions remediation effort at Liberty State Park in New Jersey, where we are tackling both Advanced Geophysical Classification and Munitions of Explosive Concern (MEC) management. This exciting project spans 43 acres in the shadow of the Statue of Liberty. Here, we’re dealing with a massive volume of over 400,000 cubic yards of soil and sediment dredged from the Black Tom Channel, all part of a crucial seawall construction.
