? My Transformative Journey with Techjays?From Home to Heart work?? My professional odyssey is a testament to resilience, continuous learning, and embracing unexpected opportunities. A little over a decade ago, I was a full-time homemaker, dedicated to raising my family and managing my household. I bring an interesting mix to the table – a biotechnology background combined with a decade of what I call 'life management' as a full-time mom. Those years actually gave me some of my best skills in multitasking, problem-solving, and building relationships with different personalities. I still feeling proud to have that life experience, because it made me to evolve and grow . As life progressed, I sought to expand my horizons and transitioned into the role of an educational consultant—a step that marked my return to the professional world. ?? ?? Techjays became my launchpad of transformation. Fast forward to my next chapter: Techjays. I joined this incredible organization as a Business Analyst intern, and the six-month internship became a transformative journey. Starting as a Business Analyst intern, I was uncertain yet determined. With the supportive Techjays ecosystem and its culture of learning and innovation, I grew both personally and professionally. The Techjays ecosystem didn't just offer a job - it provided a learning universe where: ?? Every day brought new challenges ?? Learning wasn't just encouraged, but celebrated ?? Teammates became growth partners ?? My previous life experiences were seen as strengths, not gaps Today, I am proud to be a full-time Business Analyst at Techjays, where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to learn. The work culture here is empowering, and my teammates are nothing short of amazing—they inspire me to strive for excellence and evolve with each passing day. My journey reflects that career transitions aren't about starting over, but about bringing your unique narrative into a new context. From managing a household to analyzing complex business scenarios, the skills are remarkably transferable - strategic thinking, multitasking, empathy, and adaptability.
