In honor of Women's History Month, we are proud to spotlight Destiny T., a recipient of a CarMax Scholarship established in partnership with the TechForce Foundation. Destiny’s passion for cars began at a young age after touring an automotive program with her older brother. Fascinated by what she saw, she knew that working on vehicles was what she wanted to do. Destiny was initially intimidated by what she didn’t know, but through her technical institute, she said, “I’ve gained confidence and embraced my passion.” We are committed to empowering the education of auto techs through investments like the CarMax Scholarship, helping them turn their aspirations into reality.
