I’m continuing my series on leadership lessons. One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that leadership is about emotional connection. ? Leadership isn’t just about strategy or performance metrics—it taps into human emotion. And at the core, leadership stems from two foundations: compassion or indifference. ? Which one are you going to lead with? ? People look to leaders to model behavior, often without even realizing it.?So, as leaders, we must ask ourselves: ? What example are we setting? Sometimes, leadership means stepping into the most human moments—being vulnerable, listening, and even crying with your team when things get tough. It’s not a weakness; it’s a strength. ?
