? Since May 2024, she has become the Coordinator of Tech Women Moldova, a role she has embraced beautifully and with great determination. ? Ecaterina Artemiev tells us what it was like to say “Yes” to this challenge of guiding the community. “The year 2024 has been truly special in my collaboration with the Tech Women Moldova community. After completing my contribution as a 2023 Ambassador, I was firmly convinced that I would remain part of the Tech Women Moldova core team to support the 2024 Ambassadors, share my experiences, and pass on the knowledge I had gained. And indeed, at the beginning of the year, I took on the coordination of the 4th edition of the Mentorship Program, and for the first time, I found myself not only as an organizer but also as a mentor in the field of Quality Assurance, guiding four extraordinary mentees. However, the surprises didn’t stop there – in May 2024, I embraced a new challenge and became the Coordinator of the Tech Women Moldova community for a two-year term. This role comes with many challenges, but every obstacle also brings opportunities for growth and impact. I have found immense fulfillment in collaborating with the 2024 Ambassadors team and working together to create initiatives and events that are relevant not only to women already in tech but also to those aspiring to enter the IT field or develop their careers. I don’t like to call myself a leader, but I feel a great responsibility – to lead by example, to inspire, and to shape a clear vision for the development of the community in the coming years. I can’t wait to introduce you to the 2025 team and see you at the exciting events coming up this year. ????” ? ? Alexandra Granici, Tech Women Moldova Ambassador 2023, continued to be involved in the community's projects in 2024, this time as part of the core team. ? She shares with us how it felt to stay by our side: "The year 2024 in the Tech Women Moldova team was different from the previous one. First of all, because I had the opportunity to contribute to the community as a member of the core team. I continued to get involved in initiatives and sometimes even guide the new, extremely ambitious generation of ambassadors, already drawing from the experience of 2023. Also, I made my debut as a mentor for a fantastic team of mentees, with whom I am incredibly proud and happy about the successes they achieved both during the Mentorship Program and after its completion. It was a productive year full of remarkable events ??, beautiful people ??, "partners in crime" ??, and a dream team. I would like to express my gratitude to the 2024 Ambassador team for their effort and dedication throughout this year. I am eager and excited to start a new year with a new team of Tech Women Ambassadors 2025, a new cycle of events, new visions and creative ideas, new sources of inspiration, and eyes eager to develop and bring even more value to the community! ??" ?
