Is it just me.... or are "historic hotels turning into startup hubs" just kind of my brand now? ?? Today was amazing. I had the privilege of hosting some of Atlanta's startup ecosystem leaders at the Biltmore in Tech Square where we were able to cast the vision for ATL's newest startup hub. Yep, you heard it here first folks. The Biltmore is officially on sale for startups! Coming from Atlanta Tech Village, I've always held our goal of making Atlanta a top five tech city in the U.S. very close and now, having transitioned to Collaborative Real Estate I have the privilege of continuing that mission. Tech Square in the heart of Midtown is the most incredible innovation district overflowing with university resources, corporate innovation, talent, capital, and startups.
