Her leadership in creating and implementing the virtual interprofessional education and collaborative practice framework across 13 African training institutions in 10 countries, in partnership with FAIMER (Intealth) and AFREhealth, is truly groundbreaking. Faith has also played a pivotal role in the instructional design of numerous health professional development programs, including the James Hakim leadership development course and the AFREhealth pedagogical course. Her innovative use of online surveys to map nursing leadership and governance across Africa, under the Nursing Now challenge, has provided invaluable insights, published in BMC Nursing. A prolific researcher, Faith has secured numerous research grants and served as a PI and Co-PI on various projects, with findings published in esteemed scientific journals Faith's dedication to capacity development is evident in her work with the Global Research Nurses at the University of Oxford, where she leverages online platforms to build research capacity for nurses and midwives across Africa. Currently, she is developing a digital media resource, in partnership with the Family Larsson-Rosenquist Foundation, to promote breastfeeding education from an African perspective.
