“What excites me most about being part of TGH is its commitment to providing much-needed digital skills to people and communities. In today’s world, digital literacy is essential, and I love being part of an organization that empowers individuals through education. Seeing people smile after gaining new skills and confidence is what keeps me motivated every day. It’s incredibly rewarding to contribute to a mission that makes such a tangible impact on people's lives.” - Sreeharsha Dakkili

“I am excited to join TGH and am grateful for the warm welcome I have received! I was initially drawn to TGH's mission because it resonated with my experiences. After 20 years in human services, I have seen the disparities in access and how either proficiency or lack of digital skills contribute to an individual's quality of life, such as employment, education, and the ability to engage in community events. I have been impressed with the way the TGH mission is lived out within the staff and the obvious respect and care that the team has for the learners and communities we work with." - Deborah Heimel

Exciting news! Following long-time CEO Dan Noyes’ decision to step down from the role earlier this year, the Tech Goes Home Board of Directors has appointed?Dahlia Bousaid Cox, current Executive Vice President and COO of Tech Goes Home, to serve as interim CEO. With decades of experience in nonprofit and public sector leadership, Dahlia joined Tech Goes Home in the summer of 2022. Since then, she has worked in deep partnership with the Tech Goes Home staff, the Board of Directors, partners, and funders to help Tech Goes Home expand its reach and increase its impact in Massachusetts and beyond. Tech Goes Home’s community-led work to expand digital access remains as important as ever. The Board has deep confidence in Dahlia’s ability to lead the incredible team at Tech Goes Home and keep the organization moving forward over this transition period. Last October, when Dan announced his plan to depart as CEO, we outlined a comprehensive search process for our next CEO. In light of the recent extraordinary shifts in the federal policy landscape that are impacting nonprofits and the communities we serve, the Board believes the best approach is to pause the search process for the time being. Dahlia’s steady leadership will help to ensure stability as we anticipate getting greater visibility on the outlook for federal funding later in 2025. The Board recognized that in these unprecedented times the presence of strong senior leadership already at Tech Goes Home can empower the Tech Goes Home team to focus exclusively on supporting our learners, instructors, and partners. Please join us in welcoming Dahlia to her new role!?
