Raising the Bar for Excellence, One Module at a Time At Tech Fab, we’re excited to share progress on our latest large-scale project:?Process Modules and Interconnecting Pipe Racks (ICP). These industrial innovations are designed to optimize process integration and efficiency, showcasing our commitment to precision engineering and exceptional craftsmanship. What Sets These Modules Apart? Built for Transport & Erection: Fabricated horizontally for ease of transportation, these modules are erected vertically in the field. Massive Scope: -- 4 Process Modules?(3 of which will be split into two for transport). -- 7 Interconnecting Pipe Racks. -- 2 Staircases. -- A total of?16 individual modules. Dimensions & Weight: -- Largest module:?14’ x 14’ x 75’. -- Combined weight:?300 tons?(steel, pipe, and equipment). Timeline: All modules are expected to be completed within?8 months. Progress Update: We’ve already achieved major milestones in the fabrication process: ??Pre-fabrication of stainless piping?— Complete. ??Pre-fabrication of structural components?— Complete. ??Structural assembly?— Complete. ???What’s happening now? We’re currently setting equipment into place. This stage marks another critical step toward final integration and assembly. ???What’s next? Soon, we’ll begin placing piping, bringing these modules one step closer to readiness for transport and installation.
