Really fun field trip to Holos, Inc. World HQ with a few of the University of Wisconsin-Madison students in the Lab to learn about their journey, hear about a new partnership with ScaleAI and demo #VR / #AR tech. A great way for students to engage with industry while being inspired to build out their own ideas. Thanks Tyler Waite and Daniel Borkhus for hosting!

Great session in the Lab with Christopher Mende from Google sharing how Google approaches innovation and how to use design sprints. We also heard about industry challenges from Kurt Kober, Kurt Malueg, Tyler Waite and others to inspire ideation and potential explorations. University of Wisconsin-Madison students are already coming up with some really interesting ways to think about use cases for emerging tech such as #AI, #machinelearning, #VR, #AR, and more to solve real-world problems.

A ton of interest at the Tech Exploration Lab Wisconsin Institute for Discovery Info Session this evening - students from all majors came to hear about Kevin Ponto's work in #VR, #AR, #machinelearning and #AI and options for learning in the Google AI Sandbox, hands' on experiments, and explorations with industry partners. Excited to announce our key partnership with Google in the University of Wisconsin-Madison Tech Exploration Lab at the Wisconsin Institute for Discovery. Students will have the opportunity to develop in an AI Sandbox and learn new skills and ways to solve industry problems while experimenting with emerging tech solutions.
