Industrial Maintenance & Construction Contractor T E C Industrial Maintenance & Construction is a specialty contractor that offers a full range of maintenance, construction and project services for clients in complex industrial markets. T E C Industrial employs skilled personnel and managers to execute our customer’s capital construction projects, outsourced plant maintenance and technical support services on both small and large scale. Our company manages and self performs projects as a prime construction contractor as well as individual packages as a single discipline, specialty contractor. Our capabilities include delivering projects through EPC/Design build methods where we select a scope specific engineering firm to meet our customer’s specific requirements. Our focus is on complex projects and plant support needs of customers in the industrial sector including process, power, pulp and paper, advanced manufacturing and pharmaceuticals where safety, quality and timeliness are paramount. We work throughout the Unites States with a concentration in the Southeast, mid-Atlantic and lower Midwestern states. We operate on a foundation of core values: Safety, Integrity and Performance. Our history of successful projects safety record of over 15.5 Million work hours without a lost time accident are a testament to our commitment to these values.

Due to the unfortunate circumstances associated with unprecedented flooding and wind damage caused by Hurricane Helene in East TN and Western NC, many residents lost their homes, sustained damages, experienced losses to their personal property, and were without power, water, and electricity for weeks. Under the leadership of H.R. Director Andi McKinney, our fellow employees collected and distributed critical supplies for those affected and delivered to the Northeast Tennessee Disaster Relief Center a full trailer-load of goods. T E C Industrial’s President Greg Boehling commented: “We could not be prouder of the commitment shown by so many of our colleagues for their collective generosity as evidenced by the volume of goods collected and donated in such a short period of time. We also thank our parent company Comfort Systems USA for their support to our affected employees through the Comfort Care’s Employee Relief Fund which helps employees who are facing financial hardship immediately after a natural disaster or an unforeseen personal hardship.”
