After evaluating numerous RAG solutions, we made a decision to build our own. Our journey through the RAG landscape: ? Tested multiple proprietary solutions (expensive, inflexible) ? Explored open source alternatives (integration challenges) ? Created a flexible adapter architecture for compatibility The result? YARP (Yavor's Advanced RAG Pipeline)—a name that started as a joke but is now officially part of our stack. Our custom solution combines: ? A dedicated Python API service ? PG Vector for efficient embedding storage ? A clean abstraction layer that lets us swap components For AI infrastructure, sometimes the simplest approach isn't adopting someone else's complex solution—it's building exactly what you need and nothing more. #RAGImplementation #AIEngineering #BuildVsBuy #VectorDatabases

As AI becomes increasingly central to our businesses, securing our data and models is more important than ever. Andre breaks down 6 crucial practices every organization should implement: 1?? Data Encryption: Protecting your sensitive data in transit and at rest 2?? API Security: Safeguarding against unauthorized access 3?? Regular Audits: Staying ahead of new vulnerabilities 4?? Model Integrity Checks: Defending against adversarial attacks 5?? Prompt and Chat Security: Preventing inadvertent data exposure 6?? Role-Based Access Control: Controlling who accesses what Remember, as AI evolves, so do the threats. It's crucial to stay vigilant and proactive in our security measures.

"AI won't replace you, but someone using AI will." Nick has been fascinated by Bryce Shamel's "cow analogy" for AI adoption—it perfectly captures the 5 distinct groups you'll encounter when implementing in enterprises: 1?? Go-Bellars (5%) ? First to cross the river ? Vocal leaders making noise about AI's potential ? Natural champions for change 2?? Alpha Cows (15%) ? Create momentum ? Embrace change enthusiastically ? Your first genuine adopters 3?? The Majority (60%) ? Initially undecided ? Follow when they see others succeed ? Need clear path and evidence 4?? Dog Cows (15%) ? Comfortable with status quo ? Require gentle nudging ? Need education and reassurance 5?? Stick Cows (5%) ? Strong resistance to change ? Often vocal about concerns ? May identify legitimate ethical issues others miss The key insight: You need different strategies for each group, and paradoxically, your strongest resisters might have the most valuable perspective on AI ethics and limitations. Most importantly, meeting people where they are takes far longer than you think—but the goal remains augmentation, not replacement. #AIAdoption #ChangeLeadership #OrganizationalChange #AIStrategy

This is BIG, finaly a proper research on the topic of team collaboration and AI. Harvard Business School conducted a study with?776?professionals at consumer goods giant Procter & Gamble (P&G) to assess AI’s impact on individuals and teams in developing products and retail strategies. Both AI-enabled individuals and teams worked faster, saving 12-16% of the time spent by those not using AI. But that's not what's interesting. ?? They've found out that the AI tools used were not optimized for collaborative work environments. The purpose-built collaborative AI systems (like Team-GPT) could potentially unlock significantly greater benefits by better supporting group dynamics and collective problem-solving processes. And finally - the Individuals who were using AI achieved similar levels of solution balance?on their own, effectively replicating the knowledge integration typically achieved through?team collaboration. Teams?using AI were happier, reporting higher energy and enthusiasm, while also experiencing less anxiety and frustration than non-AI users. I'm glad Harvard did the report as it helps us with our hypothesis that humans can collaborate better with AI and be more productive. Link in first comment

After months of intense work, V1 of Team-GPT was officially shut down last year. The challenge we faced? Migrating 50,000 users from our initial product (built by just two of us) to our new enterprise-grade platform. This wasn't a simple database transfer. We were moving: ? From MongoDB to PostgreSQL ? Between entirely different data abstractions ? While maintaining enterprise-grade security and compliance ? Without disrupting thousands of organizations "It was, without question, the hardest technical challenge I've faced as a founder." says Yavor Belakov. When asked what he'd do differently next time, his honest answer was "I don't know yet." The reality of building in technology: sometimes you don't know if your decisions were optimal until years later. What matters is solving the problem in front of you with the best information available. #TechnicalMigration #EngineeringLeadership #StartupChallenges #DatabaseMigration

We spent 50 hours creating 150+ prompts. Take them for free. At Team-GPT, we realized that 90% of people don't know how to put together a prompt. So, our marketing team decided to spend 50h last week creating a Prompt Library with the absolute BEST prompts across: ? Marketing ? Sales ? Product Management ? HR ? Engineering & IT ? Legal ? Education ? Consulting ? Venture Capital ? Customer support No fluff. Just prompts that work. Comment "prompts" and I'll send them your way free.

"The key is focusing on behavior before skills." - Nick from Miro When Nick was tasked with "figuring out AI for recruiting" at Miro, he spent 6 months working in a silo until a company-wide AI program connected him with a mentor who changed everything. Nick experienced two transformative moments: First breakthrough: Accelerated learning through AI He uploaded a job description and his resume to ChatGPT, then asked it to: ? Identify required attributes for strategic program management ? Build a personal development plan ? Convert this into actionable OKRs In just 4 hours, Nick created a comprehensive career roadmap that would have taken weeks manually. Second breakthrough: Prompt engineering Six months later, a course in prompt engineering elevated his basic AI interactions to strategic, scalable implementations. Nick's journey shows how AI isn't just a tool to learn—it's a completely new approach to learning itself. #AILearning #MiroTeam #PromptEngineering #CareerDevelopment

We did the coolest Playbook for Marketing Agencies with House of Growth! They built a Team-GPT workflow that doubled their SEO content production. Their workflow covers: - Keyword research - NLP friendly writing - Entity optimization - Content brief creation They still produce human-written content but are using AI to accelerate the process which allows them to take on more clients without expanding the team. Check it out in the link below! PS: Thank you John Ozuysal for agreeing to having so much screen time on our website ??
