Harvard Business School conducted a study with?776?professionals at consumer goods giant Procter & Gamble (P&G) to assess AI’s impact on individuals and teams in developing products and retail strategies. Both AI-enabled individuals and teams worked faster, saving 12-16% of the time spent by those not using AI. But that's not what's interesting. ?? They've found out that the AI tools used were not optimized for collaborative work environments. The purpose-built collaborative AI systems (like Team-GPT) could potentially unlock significantly greater benefits by better supporting group dynamics and collective problem-solving processes.
