It was an inspirational day at the Organic Field Day learning about research trials and basking in the beauty of Rodale Institute. TeamAg, Inc. Organic Transition Team Leslie K Zuck, Derek Metcalfe and Peggy Fogarty, M.S. are grateful for the support of the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture and Kristen Markley as we guide farmers through the process of becoming certified organic.

Matt Steiman Assistant Director of the College Farm and Energy Projects Manager at Dickinson College Farm in Boiling Springs, PA gave the Soil Health Coalition a tour of their manure digester. Cow manure and food waste will soon generate enough power to provide electricity for the farm plus 130 homes. A round of applause to TeamAg, Inc. engineer Randy Hoover and other partners for their efforts to bring this vision into reality. The economic and environmental impacts are undeniable.

Our team is incredibly grateful to have received the "Partnership Award" from The Center for Agricultural Conservation Assistance Training at Penn State last week. This award recognizes our commitment and efforts to partner with many counties and agencies across Pennsylvania to deliver the ACAP program, a new and incredibly valuable state fund delivering Ag Conservation. A huge thank you to the PA State Conservation Commission for funding this awesome work and to Penn State for supporting programmatic capacity development state-wide! Thank you Jesse B. for capturing this moment! 📸
