    What's the exact day and time (and month) you're most likely to get a response from a candidate? Day ?? Monday Time ?? 11am PT Month ?? May Now ... you're likely to get a response at that time because of how and when YOU'RE sourcing. What's MORE interesting is to look at the percentage of INTERESTED responses in a given timeframe. That tells you how likely the response is to make you happy ... not sad. Here's how that breaks down: Day ?? Wednesday (37% of replies are interested) Time ?? 10pm PT (40% of replies are interested) Month ?? October (41% of replies are interested) Of course, these percentages are possibly higher due to the lower number of replies at those times, in general. But it's still kind of fun to understand!     I went deep on emoji's ya'll. Here's how they're affecting your recruiting efforts. ?? ... far and away the most used. (Surprising no one.) BUT ?? ... most likely to get your email opened: 96% BUT ? ?? ?? ?? ... most likely to get an interested response: 14% BUT Messages that include a ?? in the subject AND the body had the highest interested rate, by far: 34% ALSO :) ... used a lot, but doesn't really help.     Might seem like a random bit of data to share, but I get asked this a lot! Especially as LATAM sourcing has increased in recent years. These are the top 5 LATAM countries candidates are being sourced from. Your chance of getting an interested response from a candidate in any of these countries is 20%. 1 - Brazil 2 - Argentina 3 - Mexico 4 - Colombia 5 - Costa Rica
