Team4Tech recently facilitated an on-site Design for Impact workshop in Bengaluru with 25 employee volunteers from Guidewire Software and EY. Volunteers collaborated live in six hours over two days to support Reap Benefit, an India-based nonprofit organization equipping youth with 21st-century skills to drive change in their local communities. Volunteers leveraged a human-centered design process to accelerate Reap Benefit’s impact, problem-solving collaboratively and honing their communication and leadership skills. Volunteers focused on delivering recommendations to improve digital engagement within Reap Benefit’s learner community.? Later this spring, we’re excited to bring together a smaller group of employee volunteers from Guidewire and EY to build on this work with a skills-based volunteering project culminating in on-site collaboration and implementation in Bengaluru.
