Interesting question on the TT Community around how AI/ML might change the application of Team Topologies ideas: In my view, we need to step back and understand what GenAI is actually doing in order to understand the value and disruption: and there are two main threads from what I see: 1) GenAI remixing existing patterns of words and images rapidly in novel ways to generate options for empowered, aware humans to choose and try out: code, text, new UX, research options, etc. 2) GenAI making "choices" about what digital services to provide and deploy based on some constraints (Agentic AI). Those choices need to be provided by humans who understand the domain in question. #TeamTopologies #AI
