Say hello to Tim Shelton, one of our amazing Sales Representatives! Tim has been a Sales Representative with Team REIL since December 2019, bringing a wealth of experience from the construction industry, where sales has always been his primary focus. With a passion for building strong relationships, Tim takes pride in working closely with customers to create engaging and safe play spaces. His enthusiasm for the job, combined with his industry knowledge, ensures that every project is both successful and enjoyable. For Tim, it's not just about selling playground equipment- it's about making the process fun and rewarding for everyone involved. Outside of work, Tim dedicates his time to running a nonprofit he helped establish in 2016, supporting seniors, disabled individuals, and veterans in his community. He also keeps busy attending his family’s overwhelming amount of birthday parties, sports events, concerts, and other nonsense activities that drain both his time and bank account. When all obligations are finally met, you’ll find Tim enjoying a ride on his motorcycle on the occasional nice day. We’re excited to introduce David Burton as our new Sales Manager! David joined Team REIL in January 2025 and brings with him over 40 years of experience in the construction equipment industry, having worked across Chicago, Milwaukee, and Las Vegas. Starting as a salesperson, David has expanded his expertise into heavy equipment sales, marketing management, CRM management, and product support. With his detail-oriented and highly organized approach, he’s always striving to refine sales strategies and build strong customer relationships. David also takes pride in mentoring sales teams, sharing his knowledge, and helping others grow in their careers. Outside of work, David is a proud father of three, grandfather to six, and has been happily married for 40 years. He enjoys golf and spending quality time with his loved ones. A true automobile enthusiast, David’s hobbies include collecting automobilia and curating an extensive license plate collection.
