BFG alert! These incredible women from the Team RWB staff have crushed their Big Fitness Goals—everything from solo CrossFit competitions to rowing 20k meters in under 1:40, tackling triathlons, and conquering the Bataan Memorial Death March. And we’re just getting started! A whole squad of Team RWB staff is taking on the JFK 50 on 23 NOV for their BFG. Yeah, pretty epic.

Marine Corps Veteran, Jason Portala, lays it out straight - Veterans aren't Rambo, they're humans. Mental health isn't about being invincible. It's about facing the tough stuff head-on. Talking it out isn't weakness - it's strength. Team RWB isn't just a fitness club. We're a community of Veterans and supporters and we're here for you.

We get it. It's hard navigate the thousands of resources for veterans out there. But like Navy Veteran Nikki shares in this video, these resources can make all the difference. That's why we've updated the Team RWB Member App with features like the ELS survey (find it in health tab on your profile) to help you take control of your well-being, and benchmark where you stand. We're also proud to partner with great organizations like The Bush Center's Veteran Wellness Alliance. As a Check-In peer support network, we're directly helping Veterans connect to brain and mental healthcare. Check-In is 100% FREE and CONFIDENTIAL. You can refer someone or yourself online at veterancheckin.org and within 72 hours, a trained and licensed Check-In Care Coordinator will connect with them. You can also access this by answering the last question of the ELS survey in the Team RWB Member App!

"I absolutely love you. Do good, go have good times." - Navy Veteran Brian Sweeney's last words to his wife on 9/11. 23 years later, we honor Brian's courage through the stories of those who followed in his footsteps, and answered the call when America was attacked. Never forget. ?????? https://bit.ly/4dFHfLR

Veteran and Eagle Christian von Wupperfeld recently shared how his experience on our Grand Canyon Eagle Expedition helps him in his work at the Texas Juvenile Justice Department. “We all face adversity and that includes the kids in our care. By having experiences like this [Team RWB Grand Canyon Eagle Expedition], particularly the ones we share with other people, when challenges arise, we will have people we can reach out to for help."
