Perfectionism can be loud, telling us we’re not enough, that we have to be more, do more, be perfect. This week in group, our clients challenged that voice through art. Each person created a piece that explores how perfectionism shows up in their life, and what it means to let go of unrealistic expectations. The result? Raw, honest, and beautiful works that reflect the journey toward self-acceptance. Some show the weight and frustration of perfectionism, while others embrace the freedom in imperfection. There was no "right" way to create and that was the point. As you take in these pieces, ask yourself: "Where am I holding myself to impossible standards? How can I give myself more grace?" We’re so proud of the courage and vulnerability these clients showed.
