    Monday was one for the books. An early train ride from Boston to NYC started with an unexpected delay (let’s just say, it wasn’t a great day for a deer). By the time I arrived, it was a sprint to fit in calls and prep for the main event: a dinner with 20 Customer Success leaders hosted by John Gleeson. John’s vision was simple: a relaxed, no-pressure evening with some of the best minds in CS. Guests included leaders from Slack, UiPath, Airtable and more—all gathered to talk about challenges in CS and exchange insights. The highlight? Onboarding. It’s a hot topic, and nearly everyone wanted to hear more about how we’re tackling it. As people lingered well past dinner, it hit me—these moments matter. Creating space for meaningful connections isn’t just good for business; it’s the heart of what makes the customer success community so different from any other. The buzz about OnRamp is growing, and I know it’s just getting started. We are looking forward to hosting more CS community events around the country in 2025!
