The Flames are officially spreading to Marvel Rivals! Team Inferno is hosting weekly Marvel Rivals scrims to give aspiring competitive players a dedicated place to practice and compete. We’re also planning to host our first Marvel Rivals tournament in March! Since we’ve started hosting tournaments in Apex Legends, we’ve awarded over $22,000 to aspiring competitors and we’re thrilled to expand that to a new title! What advice does anyone in my network have for securing sponsorships/partnerships for an esports organization in 2025? I know the esports ecosystem has gone through major changes over the years, so things are very different now. Team Inferno is a black-woman owned esports organization dedicated to creating a safe space for marginalized communities & increasing our representation in this industry. We’ve achieved a lot in the 3 years we’ve been around, such as hosting numerous success tournaments, releasing quality apparel, securing multi-month partnerships with notable brands, and more. This weekend has been INCREDIBLE! The finale to Season 1 of our Blaze Cup gave such a major opportunity to aspiring pro players to compete against the best in the world. Teams including Team Falcons, FURIA, TSM, Spacestation Gaming, to name a few. Not only did the players get this opportunity, but our casters as well. They’ve never gotten the chance to cast the best players in the world prior to now. I could not have asked for a better way to end Season 1. We even used the new ALGS tournament mode for the first time, staying up to test everything so we could have higher quality for finals, and it paid off. The watch parties, amazing production, casting and admins made the experience that much better and smoother!
