Raising awareness all over the country ?? One of the ways our Team IMPACT Fellows share our program with their community is through awareness events. These events often take place during games on campus, where all of the Team IMPACT matches are honored and get to spend time with their teams and other matched families. For over a decade, we've had the privilege of connecting children and their families with more than 100,000 NCAA student athletes across the nation. "Archer has been able to feel, learn and live within one of life's greatest moments - that special moment where he truly felt he was a part of a team by choice, not just due to medical necessity." E-Motion, Inc. has facilitated a Grief Literacy Series for Team IMPACT’s Clinical Team, including case managers, intake coordinators, and match-up specialists, as well as for the Team IMPACT Fellows at the Fellowship Summit. Today, and every day, Team IMPACT is proud to ?????????? ?????????????????? and ???????????? ?????? ?????????? of children diagnosed with over ?????? rare diseases in our program. By matching children with rare diseases with college athletic teams from across the country, we have seen 93% of student-athlete participants report being more aware of people whose lives are different than their own, 93% are more aware of their ability to make a difference in the lives of others, and 86% are more civic-minded because of their involvement in Team IMPACT.
