Last week, we had a blast visiting Rubrik. Saying it was fun is an understatement – Marina Milshtein's team's unity and enthusiasm were off the charts. Almost no one had painted before, but everyone jumped into the process right away, and off we went. Mysterious images began to appear on the canvas, ones that still have me scratching my head :) Once the team got their hands on pencils, paints, and brushes, they didn’t need an instructor – they painted from the heart, and it shows in every picture. Picasso and Kandinsky would have been thrilled :) We managed to awaken the inner child in the adults, and they created art that, though a bit quirky, is light, joyful, and happy. When I look at it, I see children’s drawings with the wisdom of adults, which makes the paintings very special. I believe this is what art should be – ambiguous, diverse, and most importantly, sincere. Thank you, Rubrik, for giving us the opportunity to come and for the art you helped create. We’re thrilled you’ll be displaying it and hope it brightens your days!

It was a pleasure to collaborate with Rubrik's Alert and Monitoring teams. The session aimed to strengthen team bonds and boost creativity. We were also impressed by the modern and welcoming design of Rubrik's office. The team plans to display their artwork around their seating area, which will enhance the office atmosphere and strengthen connections between team members and their workplace. This aligns perfectly with Team-Art's mission—to enrich the offices of Silicon Valley companies and enhance team relationships through art.

Imagine a lawyer swapping his legal briefs for paintbrushes after 30. He wasn’t just changing careers; he was leaping into an entirely new universe… People often wonder how he could see emotions in colors and feelings in forms. It’s like he cracked some hidden code… He was obsessed with the idea that art could be as powerful as music. This belief led him to experiment a lot, though his early works were not always well-received. Critics didn’t know what to make of his abstract forms. But he persisted, confident in his vision. Today, his work is celebrated worldwide, hanging in the most prestigious museums. Who do you think this artist is?

Yesterday, I visited Rubrik to discuss the details of our upcoming event. Yay! Team-Art is going to Rubrik! The moment I stepped into their headquarters, I saw eye-catching art on the walls, smiling faces, and felt an incredible energy all around. The people I met were full of enthusiasm and ideas.
