    I was on Gary Vaynerchuk LinkedIn audio live sharing the stage. His advice on how to post and what to post is must listen and it is not what you think Personal branding is sharing things you might have thought you would never. I was shocked when he provided tips (check video) After making to his stage, my question was shared in all of his media. Like everywhere! The power of repurposing by his team was stellar. Now that LinkedIn is moving towards a new direction for audio live, we as a creator will never have chance to interact live on the stage with people like him. I have met many creators on audio live as an initial beta tester who helped LinkedIn team with feedback. I even got swags from LI team as a beta tester which I will cherish forever. Audio live made conversation easy where title didn’t matter to share the stage All you had to do was show up and raise your hand to be on the stage just like I did on Gary’s first audio live. So fast forward later, I applied the strategy shared by Gary on my other social media And loving it! The recent dare was going live on TikTok with get ready with me by putting entire make up before my media interviews Something I would have never dared if I didn’t meet creators like Gary on LinkedIn audio room The lesson from that audio room was dare to do things differently to build the personal brand What are your thoughts on new audio live direction?     Unpopular opinion on #layoffs why people should announce it openly all over:) As a layoff survivor, I was embarrassed Like it was my fault I can't fix my past but I now teach how to stand out with personal branding with a strategy even if you feel bitter after that harsh exit without toxic positivity Check the video and feel free to get the template in the comment The template had samples on how to talk about career gaps in resume and interview P.S.     Why are performance reviews full of biases and opinions and need to STOP? Insider info: I wrote performance reviews for over a decade in corporate and although the ratings were based on stats, of course, managers held the power in rating staff I have seen how reviews serve as documentation for termination or performance improvement plans (PIP), layoff etc. Why are we giving so much power to toxic bosses who sabotage salary and career advancement through reviews? I have clients who work in the company without reviews and love the process. inflation Salary increases yearly without reviews. Unionized employees do not have performance reviews Any reviews with opinions and without valid stats need to be scrapped Your toxic boss's opinion shouldn't have power over your confidence.
