This month we got to celebrate some of TSL (Teacher and School Leader Incentive Program) Cohort A teachers who have completed a full year of coaching in Kemper County, Mississippi. Our coaches led a reflective activity called, "I used to ____, but now I ___" and we shared individual shout-outs for each teacher highlighting their growth. At the end of the celebration the campus principal shared, "I wish every one of my teachers had the opportunity to go through this process." As we complete one year of coaching with our Cohort A TSL participants, we're extremely thankful for all of our TSL coaches and the impact they are having on teachers!

It was a wonderful day to be at the North Division High School professional learning sessions. During our second year of collaboration, Teaching Lab coaches had fantastic conversations with MPS (Milwaukee Public Schools) leaders and teachers about PLCs (Professional Learning Communities) and how to enhance outcomes for all students!
