When TDW+Co was asked if we'd donate our time to support AdCouncil and FEMA's "Ready" campaign, it was without hesitation a resounding YES.? ? Each year AdCouncil and FEMA release a new spot to support the "Ready" campaign. This year's work emphasized the importance of disaster preparedness to the AANHPI communities with the "Inner Circles" PSAs that launched today. ? Starting a conversation, gathering items already in your household, and having a plan can be simple steps to saving precious moments and heartache in moments of disaster.?Find conversation guides and more important resources to get started at Ready.gov/Start. ? Today, we are proud to launch new creative as part of the Ready campaign in partnership with FEMA. This new work, produced by TDW+Co, encourages all audiences to start a conversation with their family and plan together for emergencies. While 80% of Americans value disaster preparation, only 37% have actually taken steps to prepare. The new videos address this gap and urge all audiences, especially AANHPI communities, to prioritize disaster preparedness this year with culturally competent materials. Resources to prepare for future risks and disasters are available at Ready.gov/Start.

We’re proud to announce the launch of the Ready campaign in partnership with Ad Council and FEMA, a critical initiative to enhance disaster preparedness within the Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) communities. ? At TDW+Co, we are honored to serve as the multicultural creative agency for this impactful campaign. Our work focused on developing culturally relevant creative assets, ensuring messaging was thoughtfully tailored to resonate with the diverse AANHPI audience. From language adaptations to representing authentic cultural nuances, every element was designed to inspire action and empower communities to be ready for emergencies. ? This campaign is more than a call to action—it's a bridge to build awareness and resilience, addressing unique challenges faced by AANHPI families during disasters. Whether it’s creating Public Service Announcements (PSAs) or leveraging trusted community voices, we are committed to fostering preparedness that saves lives. ? A huge thank you to our partners at Ad Council and FEMA for their collaboration and to our incredible team at TDW+Co for bringing this vision to life. Together, we are driving meaningful change and empowering communities to take proactive steps for their safety. ? Another year, another great Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity! ?? Two years ago, Tim Wang came to Cannes feeling overwhelmed and out of place. That experience inspired him and the team within our agency to take action and create Stop At Nothing. Our goal was to connect and empower the global Asian creative and advertising community, along with our allies. In 2023, we launched the first Stop At Nothing activation at Cannes, marking the beginning of a significant journey. This year, our second annual Stop At Nothing café was a major hit. The support and enthusiasm from the community showcased the power of unity and shared purpose. The café became a hub where people from diverse backgrounds came together to share ideas, collaborate, and celebrate creativity. Julie Lee, Eric Nam, Shelly Rangsiyakul, ANA AIMM We can't wait to be back next year! ??

Thanks for featuring us National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) and celebrating our roots. ?? #NMSDC #advertising #AAPImonth
This week, we want to highlight and celebrate the story of one of our Corporate Plus MBEs, TDW+Co "As an owner of a multicultural advertising agency TDW+Co, one organization that has lifted us up from the beginning has been the National Minority Supplier Development Council. From our start-up days and getting certified by the Northwest Mountain chapter, Fernando Martinez has been a friend and mentor, helping to guide our team in access to opportunities and helping us to articulate our agency culture. We were fortunate to have him support our region for so many years and setting us up for success with Karla Malacon as current President & CEO. And now with Ying McGuire as President & CEO, we continue to see the dedication and effort from this organization in championing our diverse owned business community. From the annual NMSDC National Convention to the TAAF Summit, the Majority Trust Retreat to the ANA Multicultural Advertising Conference. From The White House to being on stage with Bell Biv DeVoe.. Ying is there. She is everywhere, advocating for us. I'd also like to give a special thank you to Lorena Valencia in helping us become a Corporate Plus member this year and Fang Fang for keeping our Asian American business community together, Elliot Park Shine Electronics Co. | Albert Shen, Verizon | Daniel Sung Park Eclaro international | Jeffrey Roh IntuitiveX | Jerry Won Just Like Media and so many others. In this month of heritage, let's celebrate these leaders and the NMSDC for what they do for our diverse business community in accelerating growth and advancement of economic equity among MBEs. Not just for the month of May, but for each and every day." - Tim Wang Founder, TDW+Co
