???? Successful SmartPlug? Isolation for NCOC Shutdown 2024! ????? We are proud to share that our SmartPlug? technology recently played a key role in a major pipeline isolation project with North Caspian Operating Company (NCOC). In cooperation with our channel partner, Alimay LLP, we successfully completed an isolation for NCOC on a 28" pipeline to enable safe and efficient maintenance. Project Highlights: ?? Location: Offshore ?? Pipeline length: 95.5 km ?? Pipeline Material: CRA Alloy 625 ?? Isolation pressure: 20 bar ?? Scope: Inline isolation, pigging and services ?? Tool Used: SmartPlug? for isolation & Bi-Di Pig for sour fluid separation ?? Tracking: SMARTTRACK? technology Thanks to seamless collaboration between NCOC, Alimay, and TDW, we achieved a 15-day isolation that ensured safe repairs and leak testing of ESV, pig trap and system valves — all within schedule and without any issues. TDW’s best fit solution for this operator was an 18” Double-Double Stopple #Isolation with bypass on each side. This solution allows pipeline operators the ability to continuously flow natural gas to their customers while the valve replacement and tie-in is completed.
