To spearhead this strategic growth, TDS appointed Jose Luis Moreno as the Senior Vice President of Business Development. In his new role, Moreno reports to John Baranowski, TDS Chief Commercial Officer, and will be responsible for driving the company's expansion throughout Mexico and across Latin America. Moreno brings over 30 years of experience in the transportation industry, most recently serving as Vice President of Hispanic Operations at Greyhound, where he held various leadership roles. During his tenure, he successfully drove growth and strategic expansions, particularly within the U.S. Hispanic market and Latin America. Notably, Moreno led the landmark project that secured Greyhound’s domestic federal route permit, positioning the company as the first and most successful foreign carrier in Mexico.
