EICN Tokyo’s Annual Conference 2024: A Phenomenal Success! Yesterday, over one hundred executives from diverse industries gathered at The Capitol Hotel Tokyu for EICN’s largest event of the year, proudly sponsored by TDK. The three-segment conference began with a powerful presentation by Nick Marro, EIU’s Principal Economist, who travelled from Hong Kong to deliver an insightful analysis of macroeconomic trends and geopolitical risks to our EICN members. Second in the programme was the panel discussion, which delved into innovation—a topic of critical importance to Japan. We were honoured to welcome Noboru Saito, Global CEO of TDK, who shared an extraordinary account of TDK’s near-century journey of value creation and societal contribution. ???? Realizing efficiency and sustainability, by expanding our multilayer inductors for Power-over-Coax (PoC) circuits for automotive cameras. ?? ADAS vehicles rely on multiple cameras to maintain a secure driving. However, the reality is that standard automotive camera cable systems are often bulky and heavy. ??By switching the circuits to a PoC system, it is possible to not only reduce the quantity and weight of cables, but also enable a sustainable and efficient driving. ?The PoC system requires a filter incorporating multiple inductors to effectively separate power from the data signal before processing. ??TDK’s multilayer inductors offer advanced features tailored to meet these demands! Highlights are: ??Suppresses the deterioration of the impedance when current flows. ??Achieves high impedance at high frequencies. ??Industry’s smallest size in multilayer inductors for Power-over-Coax circuits.
