I bet you don't know this about Lamborghini... Lamborghini started as a Tractor Company.. In 1963, Ferruccio Lamborghini found a problem ?? with Ferrari’s clutch ?? and proposed a solution to Mr. Ferrari But Mr. Ferrari rejected & insulted him saying “Let me make cars. You better stick to making tractors.” This spark led to the beginning of a new era ?? Within 4 months, he built the first model & rest is history Ferrari had this tagline, to which Lamborghini responded “?????? ?????? ?? ?????????????? ???????? ?????? ???????? ???? ???? ?????????????? ?????? ?????? ?? ?????????????????????? ???????? ?????? ?????? ???????? ??????????????” My POV: Lamborghini disrupted the sports car market Similarly, in the Age of AI,? ?? All Industries will be disrupted ?? There will be a Lamborghini for every Ferrari Are you settling with Ferrari or building your own Lambo? P.S: We have compiled a list of 5 major ideas which can be the Lamborghini in the Age of AI for the Ferraris out there. To receive this list, please comment? "Send me a Lamborghini"

Do you know the company which prints the money for the RBI? If you get access to that company’s resources, imagine how your life can change! That’s a far-fetched and impractical thing, right? I will buy the entire Apple and install you as the CEO again Steve Larry Ellison, Oracle founder and best friend of Steve Jobs asked in 1995 When Steve Jobs was fired from his own company. Apple was struggling with no innovation, dying revenue, and demotivated team Larry Ellison being a powerful friend suggested “My idea was simple, buy Apple, and immediately make Steve CEO. Apple wasn't worth much back then, about $5 billion dollars,” he stated, adding, But Steve Jobs was a man of High Moral Grounds. He didn't want his entry back into Apple like this And by the way, till the time Jobs was away from Apple, he created something worthwhile Not just worthwhile but one of the most remarkable companies in the Animation and Movies Space Pixar Animation Studios Which is another multibillion-dollar company Behind the famous movies like Toy Story, Finding Nemo and Ratatouille etc. My Take: ?????? ?????? ???????? ?? ?????????????? ???????? ?????? ??????????????? ?????? ?????? ??????'?? ???????? ?????? ???????? ???? ?????? ?????????????? ?????? ?????? ?????????????? Somebody with Stuff can create another Company with Stuff That's what the Steve Jobs' story reiterates Share your powerful friendship stories. Sales is Dead.. You won't even find it's Grave in the Age of AI, I am talking about traditional sales "Pitch the customer" and "Get Ditched by the customer" Rather "?????????? ?????????? ?????????????? ?????? ???????? ?????????????? ?????????????? ?? ???????????????? ?????? ?????? ????????????" Nobody cares about your product They care about their problems Solve their problems and add value That's where the ???????????????????????? becomes the ???????? It's the 3rd C of our 4C Framework And if all 3 Cs are played right, the 4th C - Conversion happens They win and You win. Airbnb's founder created it once. I created Airbnb 49 more times mentioned the CEO of a Localization company whose client is Airbnb I was amazed to hear this What a powerful communication of their brand That meeting made me learn the power of communication That guy could also have said that we translated Airbnb's website and app in 50 different languages across the globe But the way he defined made him powerful and his service impactful That's where we defined the second stage of our 4C Framework Communicate It's the combination of intellect and creativity Communication stage is the bridge between you and your successful deal Your communication has to create an emotion And that emotion will make the client feel your product And magic happens Similarly, the brand taglines are an example of this stage When Coca-Cola says, "Open Happiness" rather than saying "Open a carbon dioxide fizzed drink" Comment other brand taglines which you feel are very powerful and helps brand win the 2nd C- Communication Stage! A day I can never forget, 2nd December, the day which gave me the biggest lesson of my life A couple of years back. Same day. IIT Delhi Placement season started. And there was a wave of fear & stress along with the cold wave of Delhi The doom’s day arrived. All our 4 years of IIT hustle & 15 years of prior effort will today get a price tag! “How much LPA did you crack?” Society, relatives, everybody’s gonna ask On Day 1,?I was shocked to see the process was so unstructured & random Morning 8 am, Day 1, all top companies (highest packages & reputations) start interviewing simultaneously. By 12 pm the Day 1 slot 1 is kinda over. I was in the hotlist of 2 major companies 1/ one of the top notch FMCG majors (Company P) 2/ one of the top Management Consulting firms (Company B). - These companies kept on taking rounds of interviews since they didn’t want to lose out on a good candidate to their competitors. - These 2 top companies didn’t let me go to my second preference companies who were also simultaneously interviewing. And by that time, slot 1 was about to end. At the end, Company P said "you are selected and waitlisted". (They had their global diversity goals ongoing; and couldn’t take a male right then ;)) And Company B is known for choosing people with good political connections, maybe it helps in consulting :) And because of this, I could not interview with other 3 companies I had on Day 1 At the end of Day 1 Slot 1, I was devastated... Is this what I put past 6 years of my life into? Is this the IIT which I dreamt from childhood? I had a few shortlists in Day 1 slot 2, which I could barely attend because of the traumatic experience. Fast forward to next day, I got 3 offers on the same day and finally got a good placement, - this led to another problem as I have not filled preference - so portal allotted me the Highest LPA one but I wanted to go to the other company - Couldn’t help. I was forced to join 1st company or else sit again the next day. It was even more traumatic, but the experience taught me 1000 lessons in 1 day I remember talking to Prajval & he told me, "Don't stress about this. Tune inme se kahi bhi nahi rukna, kuch apna hi krega” For all the final year students who sat today in the #Placements at all #IITs, and couldn’t make it, don’t lose hope.?It’s just a first job. Don’t create your definition of success around it.? Since I didn't like my job & The unfairness I saw in the placement process, led me to starting a Skill Assessment company TechCurators, a TC Group Company, and 4 more companies, served South Korean Navy with my AI skills, got a medal from DRDO & covered by IIT Delhi Alumni News. My first job wasn’t the best one but eventually the Universe has a plan. Be Grateful, Do Right !
