Thrilled to share that my paper received the Top Student Paper Award at the National Communication Association Conference! This milestone is profoundly meaningful—not only as a personal achievement but also in light of the challenging times we face in academia and global discourse. My paper examines Hamas’s Arabic press statements following the October 7, 2023, terrorist attack against Israel. It explores how Hamas strategically leverages its dual identity as both a governing body and a terrorist organization, using media narratives to shape global perceptions. I am deeply grateful for this acknowledged, and for the support of my mentors. I remain committed to fostering informed conversations around these pressing issue.
