??Promising discussions on integrative healthcare in Karnataka, India! ??Tido von Schoen-Angerer, MD, MPH, President of TCIH Coalition and IVAA | International Federation of Anthroposophic Medical Associations, together with the Indian leaders of anthroposophic medicine, Dr Harry Murty and Dr. Wahida Murthy, had a valuable meeting with Dinesh Gundu Rao, Minister of Health and Family Welfare, and Dr Sharanaprakash R. TCIH Coalition warns that this stance ignores rigorous scientific evidence from leading research institutions.?With 88% of the WHO member states reporting the use of traditional medicine, the strategy aims to ensure its safe, effective, and evidence-based integration into health systems. ?? ?? The TCIH Coalition welcomes the World Health Organization's draft Traditional Medicine Strategy 2025–2034 and calls for Member States' active involvement in finalizing it. It marks a significant step forward for #TM, elevating #TCIM's role in helping to address global health problems, making healthcare more holistic and person-centered care and contributing to both human and planetary health. The draft strategy is ambitious and action-oriented, with clear targets, including ambitious investment in research. ?
