Help Young Black Women In Tech Realize Their Dreams! The mission of TCGi Foundation is to inspire young Black women, support them and their boundless possibilities, eliminate financial burdens to STEM education, and prepare them for tech and engineering careers through mentorship and job shadowing. A word from our Founder, Avis Yates Rivers: "I created The TCGi Foundation so that my daughters and their daughters could realize a world of limitless innovation and potential. Tech has been the means through which I've been able to touch so many and I wanted to empower young girls to think that anything is possible. It is critical that they are inspired to see their success and be their success." Please consider participating in our Annual Giving Campaign. All proceeds will go directly towards our John Fitzpatrick and Dawna J. Colbert scholarships for young Black women studying technology or engineering. Currently endowed scholars attend institutions including Harvard, USC, Dartmouth, Hampton and Virginia Tech, and have landed internships at Amazon.
